My Story: A Shattered Life
For my part, this individual scammed me out of more than 130,000 Mexican pesos, supposedly to cover legal assistance and the payment of taxes for a real estate project in Playa del Carmen. But it was all a lie. We started working with him in 2022, so it has been 3
years that he has been playing with our nerves, lying to us every week.
Like the other victims, I am facing significant financial damage, but that is not the worst loss.
Adolfo Mota Castellanos does not stop at stealing money. He also steals trust, hope, and, in some cases, the mental and physical health of his victims. He promised to take care of everything. But when nothing happened, he blamed others: the notary, the Mexican
administration, the real estate developer. Never himself.
This project is one where we invested all our life savings. We even took out a loan in France to complete the purchase of this property. It was a dream that has turned into a nightmare.
Mr. Adolfo Mota Castellanos is a manipulator and a liar. He claims it’s the fault of the notary, the Mexican government, and the project’s developer, but he is the only one responsible because all the other buyers managed to quickly obtain their property titles.
An Endless Misery
To this day, we still have not obtained our property title. We desperately need to sell this property to overcome financial difficulties in our country. But he is preventing us from doing so, through his incompetence and dishonesty.
In 2024, my wife had a miscarriage. The unbearable stress caused by this matter is the main reason. It is a tragedy that will haunt us forever. This man is responsible for this tragedy. He may seem charming and professional, but do not be fooled: he is a manipulative and unscrupulous person.
A Mission for Justice
We cannot remain silent in the face of this injustice. This website will be shared with notaries, courts, and Mr. Adolfo Mota Castellanos’ fellow lawyers. He must be held accountable.
It is imperative that he answers for his actions and is prevented from causing further human and financial harm. We are not only seeking justice: we want to protect other innocent people.
